Thank you sir. Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Benjamin Palin. I wanted to thank Dennis Marshall and County Counsel Mike Muniz for giving this matter the attention that I wish it deserves. I've also been working with Dr. Glenn Russell in his offices, and I'm appreciative of them as well. Over the past decade, I witnessed the problems that my father's had to deal with. And for that, I have apologized to our neighbors, and I apologize to you Over the past three years, I've taken full control of all the properties and my father no longer has any management of those properties.
Again, I would like to thank you for taking a look at this and that's it. Thank you.
