And Nelson and members of the board, just a quick announcement for those participating in public comments for today's meeting. We do have public comment available via zoom and information regarding how to register for our zoom meeting is on page 2 of our agenda today. And if members of the public would like to provide public comment on our closed session agenda, please log in now to do so. We will have general public comment at the end of our meeting today and once the chair has announced the item you'd like to comment on, please join the meeting with that information. You will be placed on mute and we will call your name accordingly.
