Okay, Madam Clerk are there any announcements or changes to this morning?
Chair Caps and members of the board, I do have a few announcements this morning. An addendum was posted on Friday October 31st 2025 adding an item to today's closed session agenda under conference with legal counsel existing litigation paragraph run of subdivision D of government code section 54956.9 regarding Sable Offshore Corp at all the County of Santa Barbara at all U.S. District Court for the Central District of California case number two The agenda item is public comment on items listed on today's agenda or during general public comment please refer to page 2 of the agenda. Individuals that would like to provide verbal public If you have any questions, please contact the Clerk of the Board's Office at 805-568-2240. Again that's 805 568 2240.

The board is scheduled in closed session to consider a public employee appointment for the county fire chief conference with labor negotiators for SEIU Local 62721 and unrepresented employees managers and executives. The agency designated representatives are CEO Monomi Asato and Human Resources Christine Schmidt.
It's conference with labor negotiators with the board sitting as the Santa Barbara County Public Authority for In-Home Supportive Services The organization is United Domestic Workers of America for Local 3930. The agency designated representatives are CEO Mona Miyasato and Social Services Director Daniel Nelson, and then there's one item of existing litigation, Sable Offshore Corp versus the county which is in the U.S. Central District.
And that time estimate is two to two-and-a-half hours.
