Yes, thank you Madam Mayor. City Council is meeting in an adjourned special meeting adjourned from the December 11th closed session meeting as was adjourned in compliance with Brown Act to Wednesday December 13th at 8 a.m. The council will be meeting to consider three closed session items, a conference of legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation, several pending housing development projects. Existing litigation simply Ojai v. City of Ojai and existing litigation Ojai bungalows LP v. City of Ojai. No reportable action is expected. The council is expected to provide direction to staff and council. Final approval of any development project cannot happen except in open session And two of the projects, 312 West Beliso Street and 412 Mallory Way are scheduled for a City Council meeting on Monday December 18th at 7 p.m..
