Welcome to the City of Fillmore City Council meeting. The City of Fillmore is committed to making our meetings open and accessible to everyone in accordance with the Ralph M Brown Act, Senate Bill 707 and other applicable California laws. Members of the public are welcome to participate either in person or online if you are joining us virtually please visit the City of Fillmore's agendas minutes and videos page to access a zoom webinar registration Before registering, please make sure you are selecting the correct meeting date.
Registering for the wrong meeting may prevent you from joining the meeting you wish to attend. If you plan to participate online, please check your internet connection, devices, browsers or Zoom application, microphones and speakers before the meeting begins. The City is unable to provide technical support for personal devices, internet connections or Zoom access before or during the meeting. We encourage everyone participating remotely to log in a few minutes early to ensure your technology is working properly.

I am going to take the steps to show you how to register to our Zoom webinar The first step would be going into our Fillmore website by typing fillmoreca.gov Enter Once you click enter, it will take you to our website Once you're on our website, you

will see a few tabbies down here and you're going to click on the Agendas tab. Once you click on the Agendas tab, you will scroll down and on our page this is the Agenda's Minutes & Videos page, you will see the Participate Virtually. Once you scroll down, you'll see the link here. You will click on that link. It's going to take you to our Zoom webinar registration page.
On the date and time section, you will click on this down arrow and you will choose the correct meeting you plan to attend. For today's example we're just using July 14th You will scroll down and then you will see the webinar registration. It is a requirement to add your first name, last name. For today's example I'm just adding the name of Fillmore Last Name City Hall Test.
For email address it is also a requirement and you will need to add your email address. For today's example I am just leaving the city clerk's email It is also a requirement you tell us which item you plan on speaking on. For today's example, we will just put 7A. It is the requirement to give us the date one more time that you plan on attending so July 14th 2026.
And provide us with your full name one more time.

805-524-3701. And then you'll just click this blue button down here that states register. Once you register,
it's going to take you to this page and it will let you know you have successfully registered. It will send you a confirmation email to the email you provided with all of the information to the meeting for you to be able to attend virtually. Once you receive that, you can accept it. Once you accept it, it will save it to your calendar and you can just click that information when it's time for you to log in.
Another way to be able to join this meeting is by going to our city page FillmoreCA.gov, click on the Agendas page again, scroll all the way down For today's example, our agenda is still not published but you would find the agenda here in this section. Once that agenda is there you will be able to click on it for today's example
we'll just use it so We're using the
July 14th example. If you scroll down on the agenda itself, on the second page here, you will see this Zoom virtual meeting link.
If you click on that, you allow it will take you to this same registration page You would follow all of the same steps. And that is how you register
