Moorpark City Council Regular Meeting – February 4, 2026

Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance

• The regular meeting was called to order. Roll call was taken, confirming all members were present. Council Member Tom Means led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Item 4A: Proclamation of Black History Month

Item 9B: City Council Goals Update
